Return Policy

Archegos Therapeutics, Inc. is dedicated to providing high-quality research and nutritional innovations. While we currently do not sell directly to consumers, we recognize the need to clarify our return policy in case of future product distribution.

1. Product Eligibility for Return

If Archegos products are made available for purchase:

Products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Promotional or trial items
Custom orders or special research-use products
Any product marked “Final Sale”

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo and description of the issue to process a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@archegos.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
